Account Suspensions
CoProsper reserves the right to suspend a Merchant’s or Affiliate’s account indefinitely at any time at its sole discretion.

Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents from the Site is not transferable. CoProsper may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review any areas on the Site where users transmit or post Communications or communicate solely with each other, including but not limited to message centers, bulletin boards or other user forums, and the content of any such Communications. CoProsper; however, will have no liability related to the content of any such Communications, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise.
